A Green Designed Around Your Garden
Our designs start from the property itself: its architecture, its slopes, its sightlines and the way you want to play. Every contour is shaped by hand on site, so a design can evolve during installation, as it did on a JLT family green that began as a small flat surface and became an L-shaped green across three tiers.
Space is not the constraint you might expect. Our Al Barari green is only 20 m² with three holes, while an Arabian Ranches garden of about 200 m² now hosts three putting greens.
Realistic Ball Roll Technology
Private greens are built from 16mm specialist putting turf, infilled with approximately 7kg of silica sand per square metre: a finer, lighter construction tuned for true, consistent roll, and versatile enough to hold up confidently on short approach shots and pitches. Once installed, the roll can be fine-tuned: adding or reducing silica sand adjusts the green's speed and feel.
Built for the UAE Climate
Compared with natural turf, a Riviera Grass surface uses roughly 90% less water and about 85% fewer maintenance hours, and it stays vivid and playable in every season, including summer, when fungal diseases can leave natural greens brown and patchy.
